Junior Business Analyst
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Business Analyst to join our growing IT team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build experience analysing systems and workflows, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting change delivery projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, Senior Business Analysts, and developers to create process documentation (AS-IS and TO-BE), translate business needs into technical requirements, assist with testing and quality assurance, and support end users. The role suits someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and an interest in financial services technology, with SQL knowledge highly regarded.
