Type:                       Full time (9-5:30)

Remuneration:       $68,000 - $70,000 (incl super)

 About the role

 As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in the administration and enhancement of our ongoing marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be crucial in developing new strategies and procedures aimed at retaining clients and strengthening our market presence.  Our marketing department is at the forefront of digital innovation, focusing on acquiring new clients and enhancing the experiences of our existing clientele.

 This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about making a tangible impact in the field of digital marketing.  Based in our Docklands offices ESUPERFUND is seeking a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. The role would ideally suit a recent Graduate with a background in Digital Marketing with 1-2 years experience. You will have the opportunity to apply your ideas and knowledge into the real business world. 

 Duties and responsibilities

 Your duties and responsibilities will include:

 ●        Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights for strategy refinement.

●        Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Outbrain, and Taboola.

●        Analyse performance metrics from our website and social media using tools like Google Analytics, identifying and acting on improvement opportunities.

●        Conduct and analyse email marketing campaigns, focusing on content creation and list segmentation.

●        Create compelling ad content and graphic designs, utilising tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Experience in these platforms is highly preferred.

●        Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, applying best practices to keep us ahead of the curve.

●        Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.

Essential requirements and skills

Qualifications

 ●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

●     Certifications in digital marketing (eg. Google Ads), Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe) are a plus
